Frequently asked questions Q. How can I get a sample of an item ? A. We do not provide 'free' samples. However we understand the need to see and try a product before placing a larger order. With that in mind we offer a credit on a large order for the difference in price between the smaller order. Plus a credit for standard shipping on the sample order (up to $3) Just call us when you are ready to place the large order and we instruct you on how to redeem this credit. Q. I am afraid to use my credit card online, can I order by telephone? A. Yes, but be aware we use the internet to process your credit card. If you want a more secure way to order, we suggest you hand write your order and mail it to us with a money order. Q. We are a tax-exempt organization, can we order online ? A. Yes, of course. Current law requires us to only collect sales tax in New York State. If you are in New York, please fax us a copy of your tax exempt or resale certificate to 631-261-5364. We will deduct the tax on your order when we receive this form. Q. Can we be billed for products ? A. Schools and Government Organizations can fax a purchase order to 1-800 329-5397. For all others we would require a complete credit application with a credit card back-up. Call us for details. Minimum $50.00 order for billing. Q. How long will it take to get my order ? A. We try to ship all orders placed by 3pm within one business day of the order. Depending on shipping method and your location, it should take no more than 7-10 days to arrive (many arrive sooner). Next Day and Two Day service is available at an additional charge and may be selected at checkout. Q. What are your hours ? A. We are open Monday thru Friday 9am - 5pm. We are closed most major holidays. Orders may be placed at any time, we will fill them the next regular business day. Q. I have a problem with an order I received what should I do ? A. Call us at 1-800 332-5397 and we'll make it right. Q. I need a special item, or a large quantity. A. Call us a 1-800 332-5397 Q. I need to cancel an order. A. Most orders are shipped the same day, therefore it is usually not possible to cancel an order. You may return items at your expense for a credit. Q. I need a W-9 from keyring.com A. The IRS requires you to have a W9 on file for all persons/entities that you provide INCOME to. We sell PRODUCTS and thus you are not required to collect a W9 from us. However, some companies are misinformed and we have provided a pdf copy of the W9 form HERE
