Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, weights may be rounded up to the next full pound.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Item(s) may be returned within 30 days for refund or replacement (except custom engraved items, or special orders). Returns must be unopened, and in original, saleable condition. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the purchaser. A restocking fee of up to 10% will apply and in addition, all refunds will be processed less our shipping costs, (if you got free shipping this means we will deduct the original shipping cost from your refund). Defective items or errors on our part will be replaced at no cost to you. Paypal orders will be subject to a 3% fee on returns - this is a paypal fee charged to us and is not our fee.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
